There will be a general introduction of the new board, activities and events, and our chosen charities.
Free car parking in car park 3 at Ascot Race Course. Entrance is across the road. (** please follow directions from the entrance**)
9.00 - doors open and there's an opportunity to have coffee and shop with our vendors and catch up with old friends.
10.30 - meeting starts
12.00 - meeting wraps up and some of us will meet for lunch, venue to be confirmed.
