Our wonderful Helping Hands Team has organised a session to help those of us experiencing grief or loss at this time.  This grief may be due to the loss of a loved one but it could also be associated with a life change like moving abroad or have a friend move.  Whatever the situation, we would like to provide resources to our membership to help those in these difficult life transitions.

Jill will address:

  • What happens in the brain when someone experiences grief or loss
  • How emotions work
  • How to use negative emotions constructively
  • Self-help strategies
  • How to support others through grief and loss
