JOIN US NOW - OUR CLUB YEAR STARTS IN SEPTEMBER

Whether you've just relocated to England or have been living here for years, the dynamic AWBS International Women's Club has something for everyone, with fun, trips, learning and friendship from our fabulous volunteer-run events. Half year fees now apply as below.

Standard £80

Senior £60 (over 60 years)

Overseas £40 (including UK but are far away from the Berkshire/Surrey areas)

Membership includes:

• Monthly General Meetings featuring guest speakers, socialising and great shopping from our Partner vendors.
• An extensive selection of member-run activities from London walking tours to tennis and Art history, plus special events like our annual Hats & Handbags luncheon.
  
• Newsletters, with information about club events, and resources for living in England as an expat. 
• Special discounts with local merchants who are Partner businesses.
• Volunteering opportunities to raise money for chosen local charities; includes anything from making cakes for a sumptuous tea for elderly people to creating craft items to sell.
  
• Support and assistance from current members through our Helping Hands program. Helping Hands exists to assist members who may be in need of support and to enable all of us to coordinate our efforts to help. This could mean providing meals, transportation, childcare, visiting another member in hospital or just being there to listen. We are getting together a group for working women who may only be able to join evening activities.

The club is active between September and June with a mix of in person and on-line events.

We offer an annual Overseas Membership which is based on residence not citizenship.  You may be an "Overseas Member" if you live beyond a 50 mile radius of the Surrey and Berkshire areas and are not able to attend in-person events. This also applies to any member who moves abroad and wishes to maintain links to us when they leave.  With some of our events virtual, there is no reason why you can't join in like the rest of us living here in the UK, even if you live far away!
